I don’t really know what to talk about this week. NaNoWriMo will be done by the time my next weekly update comes around. I didn’t participate this year, but despite that I’m on track for a 42,000 word month. That’s pretty damned good if I do say so myself.
Thanksgiving was this past week, so the next portion is my thanks in writing!
I’d like to thank the NaNo community at large for having such a wonderful vibe and energy to feed off of and contribute to the success of others by running sprints and joining in the writing fervor.
I’d also like to thank (in no particular order) Kyra, Robert, Zak, Jay, Valerie, and Rebecca for hanging out and contributing to the writer vibe and keeping the energy up for this month. Those of you who completed your NaNo objectives, you’re superstars! Those of you who weren’t participating but stuck around to cheerlead and motivate, you’re all excellent, too! Those who did not complete your NaNo objectives, don’t fret. Writing is super hard and you still made a wonderful effort that proves you’re a fucking writer!
And that’s it this week. Tell someone something they need to hear. Honesty is a virtue!
